Brand New Chairs
We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Not as Described (Australian Consumer Law)
If your item arrives with a major fault, missing part, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under ACL.
We cover return shipping only when the product is genuinely faulty.
Transit Damage
Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
